Lol. Yes. D: I created this area with a few fetish threads in mind, of my creation. Thank you for breaking the ice.
Furrie thread, ah. I float around some of the deviantarts of the cabbits so I suspected this thread. Though I don't find love and lust in the Furrie subculuture I am pretty sexually accepting so whatever floats your boat, pretty much.
Though I still giggle at the Furrie community every here and there.

This opens up a chance for discussion , cant say I have ever showed interest in anything Furrie , but now that I think about it any humanoid looking or bipedal walking animal could be a furrie.
Why even Ryo-Ohki in her child or adult form could in my opinion said to be a furrie of sorts.
this has also enlightened me to the fact that my latest piece of art or drawing is in fact probably in the Furrie field , and that particular item would also fit this board well I am ashamed to say.

Ah. Yes. I actually shipped (adult)Ryokee//Tenchi towards the end of my middleschool stages.
*sigh* D: I can't believe I wanted Tenchi to be a Furrrie. D: ...sorry. But, I don't think I'll ever dress up like that. So, by making him interested in that type of paraphilia maks him really out of my reach. Waaah.

...*cries* Ahhh! They took some disney characters and...and... ;.; That I don't really get. Innocent memories flushed away. XD But anyway. I'm not a big furry fan. If they're mostly human with ears and a tail or something, that's cool. It's more of a style prefrence anyway. Whatever ya like though!
I saw some horses on there, and they were really good! Very pretty.
I might try drawing some cabbit furry things. Nothing sexual but yes.

I think the toon furries are hilarious. XD
You should draw a cabbit tribute. Make a Nk cabbit and a Haru cabbit. Maybe? D: We both can have deadfish hats! XD

I have been very erratic as far as drawing has been concerned recently , the closest I have been too anything furry was a humanoid Nan-Ohki cabbit portrait drawing I done for Sunset some time back more recently my drawing of Tamiya and Kyosho of which was another step on the ladder.
This latest piece if work although it is yet another artistic breakthrough does shock me , it proves that I do have human masculine thoughts after all , and now to go back to drawing some more serious and tamer works.
Q : Can a humanoid dinosaur be a furrie ? , for example the Troika the Dinosaur poster I fabricated , what are the animal based limitations for a furrie.

X3 But I need to know, what Nk should look like. And if you'd rather be the one with a more feminine or masculine pose.

Sadly, you're all mistaken in your definitions of "furry". Any non-human thing with human attributes is called anthopomorphic. A "furry" is a specific definition of anthropomorphic creature - they are furred anthropomorphic animals that are more human than any other. They're more or less always humans in fur - they're the size of humans, they speak human tongue, have human expression, are as smart as humans, walk on two legs, wear clothes, and usually live in a very Earth-like world. They're often considered "cute". Mickey Mouse falls under this heading. You can learn more here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Furry_fandomAnthropomorphic "furry" creatures with scales are often called "Scalies" and the avians are "Featheries". Not all fans of "furries" are furre lifestylers or are sexually attracted to anthropomorphic creatures. Not all anthropomorphic creatures are furries. Not all "furries" are cartoonish or unrealistic - see Dark Natasha. Also, "nekos" or "cat girls" - a human with tails/ears are not anthropomorphic and are certainly not furries. That's a form of zoomorphism and it originated in hentai.

Haru: Make me a man! I have been dying my hair red for the last year, too. Flames: Oh, ah. Thank you for that explanation. Perhaps it is my dabbling in livejournal that gives me that confusion. I am sure everyone knows how sexually themed the communities on that website is, so whenever I find myself flopping over a Furrie community I see, well, pretty perverse things. I don't mean to use perverse in a offensive way, either. Like I said before, I am pretty sexually accepting, but anything that distorts the natural sexual movement is, by definition, perverse. Anyway, you have just introduced me to other nonsexual areas of the Furrie community. I have lurked your deviantart once before and I guess you have a lot of anthropomorphic pieces. I guess this whole post was insulting to your art. I'm sorry for that.

Kemonomimi, like Sentient non-morphs are often a gray area when it comes to furry. everyone has their opinion. best to just conform to the standards of the ones with the editorial power in a particular place.

I am sure everyone knows how sexually themed the communities on that website is, so whenever I find myself flopping over a Furrie community I see, well, pretty perverse things. That's no surprise. I see the same sort of thing myself on many sites. The word "furry" has gotten some pretty negative connotations attached thanks to stupid and perverse fans. LJ can be pretty scary in that sense, too. I only go there to lurk around the Anti-Yaoi community. That's no problem - I don't actually call my pieces "furry" give both the negative and "cute" definitions that come to the minds of most people.
