last.FM another headache

Why is it these sites keep changing things around without users knowledge.

I cannot grasp the new layout of last.FM , all the options are at the top of the screen and the compact rectangular player appears to be no more .

Plus I cant listen to the music I want as it plays absolutely everything that sounds remotely similar to the artists or bands I want but not what I want.

Shame because it used to be pretty good for hunting down rare versions of songs and previously unreleased material from chosen groups.

Anyone know of a way around this cant play what you specificaly want problem.

Beep. It is a comercial website so there is legal problems with giving users the exact song that they want. But, I like the radio. Espcially the 'french vocialist' and 'reggae' radio stations.

But, I love last.fm. :3. It is my most used website. Its nice to stalk. XD;

Well as you know I have been spending rather a lot more time on last.fm and I have to say in the last month or so I have what can I say , become more patient with it as a whole.

But I know a few things now that I did'nt before and it is nice to be able to have a Widget playlist that you can shove on your Livejournal or Myspace.

Ah you mean the old BT advert . its good to talk.
